This package is for families to learn how to prepare for transition into postpartum recovery. You will learn about ways to make life less complicated. This package will reduce stress levels, help set boundaries, discuss expectation, and prep house for people who will help. Learning to ensure that everyone is not just helping they are being helpful.
This package will prepare you and your Spouse/ birth partner for labor and birth.
-You will be instructed how to use the comfort measure that are best during labor and what stage of labor is best.
-It will explain how to prepare your body for labor based on evidence- based information.
-You will receive a package with photos of each comfort measure and tips on labor strategically.
This will allow you to make the best decision on what to eat, how long to labor at home and what position is best for you during the different stages of labor.

Yes, You can receive massage throughout your pregnancy even while in labor. As long as you do not have any medical issues that can cause harm to you or baby.
Yes, receiving massage once you find out your baby is breech is helpful. Sometimes babies are breech due to it not being enough room. If this is the issue working on the muscles that affect the ribs and hips can make space for baby.
