I began my doula journey while practicing as a massage therapist. As a Doula I support families in total wellness. My passion is to Educate and support families. I strive to empower families with knowledge in childbirth and Women's Health and Wellness. I take care of the total person ensuring that they are prepared for labor, birth, and postpartum recovery.
